At Aural HiFi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund value.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
